Prabhu Rajagopal

Confronted with identity issues as a Tamil raised in Telugu heartland, Prabhu Rajagopal grew up with a keep and perceptive interest in culture. Artistic by nature, he learnt to see cultural expression as poetical denouement of man's discontent with his mortality. While studying, History and Sociology became his passions, as the 'external' part of this saga; the 'internal' dimension of this saga led him to spirituality. In the thrilling conclusions of Hindu spirituality, presented by Renaissance figures of the previous century, he cherishes the ultimate triumph of man's mettle over nature; in their vision of this blazing spirituality as a ready wellspring to wet the parched lips of an enervated social body, he finds a dream to work for.
